睡眠

有人提醒我其實睡眠不足,我一直都知,我都好感謝有人提點我一啲生活上嘅習慣,我係一個集中力差嘅人,你要我為一個慢性嘅目標,例如早睡早起身體好,而訂立一個持之以久嘅睡眠習慣,一個差佬打到嚟都唔改嘅習慣,其實係唔可能。所以,我真係好多謝佢,我昨日訓咗10個鐘,今日條氣管係好咗好多。咁所以,我今晚都係早啲訓,功課就聽日再繼續~
